According to §19 UStG, no VAT is charged as Purrformance operates under the small business regulation (Kleinunternehmerregelung).
Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Purrformance.
2. Products & Usage
We sell nutritional supplements for cats. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always follow the instructions on the product label.
If your pet has a medical condition or is taking medication, please consult a veterinarian before use.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in euros (€). As we operate under §19 UStG, VAT is not shown or charged.
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Major credit and debit cards (via Shopify Payments)
- Klarna (via Shopify Payments)
Payment must be completed before your order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
4. Shipping
We currently ship to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Austria.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 business days within Germany and 3-5 business days within the EU. Tracking information will be provided and delivery times are estimates and not legally binding.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 14-day return policy in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Before sending any item back, you must contact us first at hello@purrformance.eu with your order number and reason for the return.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
The customer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. Please return items in their original condition and packaging where possible. Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund as soon as possible. For more details, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Consumers within the EU have the right to withdraw from a purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.To exercise this right, please notify us via email at hello@purrformance.eu. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) received the goods. If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received (excluding return shipping costs) without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

All content on this website including text, images, graphics, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Purrformance and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website, except where required by applicable law.
9. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.Changes will take effect upon publication on this page.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be Berlin, Germany.
