🗓 14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:

The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number)
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used pet supplements.
📦 How to Start a Return
Before sending any item back, please contact us first at hello@purrformance.eu with your order number and the reason for the return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
After we confirm your return request, please pack the goods securely (preferably in the original packaging) and ship them to:

Please always include your order number and keep the tracking number for your return shipment.
The fees for return shipping shall be borne by the buyer, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions.
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the payment amount as quickly as possible.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
🔁 Can I exchange a product?
A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible. However, you are welcome to return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item through our website.
🔄 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If it is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@purrformance.eu right away so we can resolve the issue quickly.

For customers in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery. No reason required if the item is:

💳 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved, we will refund your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow extra time for your bank to process the refund.
